The Optiset E Memory, our top-of-the-line Optiset E for busy executives and phone-intensive users.
The Optiset E Memory has all the features of the Advance Plus with the addition of a QWERTY keyboard on the top cover, and a larger 8x24 display in addition to the 3 OptiGuideTM context sensitive feature keys. The Memory can maintain a list of 300 destination addresses and associated names you add, delete, and modify. You can select an entry from the list and automatically dial the destination phone number. You can use the Optiset E Memory as an attendant console or system administration for the 150 E PBX family. |

| OPTISET E ANALOG ADAPTER
|
Connect all your analog devices with the Analog Adapter. Now Optiset E digital users can connect all their analog devices for voice and data applications, providing analog functionality without the expense of analog ports. Plus, the Analog Adapter is assigned its own directory number for independent operation of a cordless or full-duplex speakerphone. Snaps into the module bay underneath the Optiset E Basic, Advance and Advance Plus phones.

| The Optiset E Control Adapter |
Supports baud rates up to 19,200 bps for CTI applications. The Control Adapter allows you to connect an Optiset E telephone to a computer for TAPI compliant CTI applications, such as ComManager. It includes capability for full control of phone dialing, answering, feature selection and display information, and has an additional connector for an Electret, low-cost headset. The RJ-8 (4-pin) headset interface supports any Electret style Siemens Headset or Carbon style headset with a power amplifier.

Transmit data at speeds up to 38.4 kbps with the Data Adapter. Snapping into the module bay of the Optiset E Basic, Advance and Advance Plus phones, the Data Adapter enhances the data-switching capabilities of the Hicom 300E, transmitting data to and from other industry standard data devices at speeds up to 38.4 kbps. And because it supports Windows TAPI, it lets employees automate phone use and take advantage of PC-based applications. Can be used to access a modem pool through the Hicom or WAN access equipment for greater control over modems and centralized recording of detailed records and account codes. Connects to a serial port on a PC or terminal with an RS232 cable.

An industry exclusive, the Optiset E is the only digital phone that can be upgraded to support an ISDN BRI device with the addition of an Easy-Add option module. Snap the adapter into the module bay of the Optiset E Basic, Advance and Advance Plus phones, and you're ready to enjoy high-speed video and data transmissions at your desktop. Since one or two directory numbers can be assigned for independent operation, the phone number for the Optiset E is different from the number assigned to the ISDN Adapter. Both bearer channels are available over one RJ45 connector.

Optiset E Phone Adapter

Support two phones on one port with a Phone Adapter.
Save time, money and the hassle of installing a second line with a Siemens Phone Adapter. The Phone Adapter allows one port to support two Optiset E phones, each with its own extension, reducing the number of ports on your system. Use the Phone Adapter wherever a second cable run is impractical or difficult and a secondary phone is needed for voice-only applications in the next room or office-any site up to 300' away. The connection to the secondary phone from the primary phone is by a standard RJ11 cable between the Phone Adapter and the second Optiset E. Cannot be used with the Analog Adapter.

Optiset E Key Module
|
Double or triple your speed-dialing power with a Key Module. The Key Module is a sidecar module that instantly adds 16 programmable keys with LEDs to your Optiset E Advance or Advance Plus phone. Two latches and a small RJ45 cable connect the Key Module to the telephone. A second RJ45 connection lets you add additional Key Modules - up to four keyboard modules for a maximum of 29 extensions and 81 keys. Ideal for busy, phone-intensive users who need one-button speed dialing. Available in gray or black.
