This HRO module simply snaps into the bottom of your ROLMphone. The HRO is an excellent solution for phone intensive environments like call centers, which require carbon adapters in order to provide headset volume and mute controls, plus there's an RJ11 connector for attaching your choice of audio recording equipment. The HRO module supports both Module (M10) and Plug Prong (P10) headset amplifier.
