Factory Refurbished - These products have been refurbished by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), its manufacturing partners,or an outsourced partner under contract to the OEM. These products are 100% tested and meet factory specifications.
New - These products are brand new and are supplied by Synergy Telcom based on our relationship with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or their distribution partners. Product warranties come directly from the manufacturer. We suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website for details. Unused or Like New - Excellent condition. Under normal conditions could pass as new; i.e., not used, but not necessarily in the O.E.M. packaging.
